Prices

All prices quoted in the catalogue exclude VAT. Whilst every effort is made to maintain them as fixed, prices are for guidance only and subject to change without notice at any time.

Payment

Our Terms are cash with order unless a credit account has been established. To open an account please contact our accounts department with your trading details. Once established, account customers are offered a credit limit and strictly 30 days of credit from the date of invoice. Cheques should be made payable to Caburn-MDC Europe Limited. Customers wishing to pay by bank transfer should refer to our account details which appear on the invoice.

A 25% re-stocking charge will apply in the event of an item being incorrectly ordered.

All orders are accepted subject to our full Terms and Conditions of Trade, a copy of which appears on the back of our invoices.

Warranty

All products sold by MDC Vacuum Limited are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment by MDC Vacuum Limited to the buyer. Liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective products at the option of MDC Vacuum Limited.

Products suspected of being defective should not be returned until an official return authorisation number has been issued by our service department.

To facilitate processing, please provide the original date of purchase and either the original purchase order number or the original MDC Vacuum Limited sales order number.

Return Policy

In the event that a product is to be returned to MDC Vacuum Limited, a Goods Return Authorization (GRA) number must be obtained from the MDC Vacuum's customer service department prior to shipment of the product. Call your sales office to request a GRA number.

Products returned to MDC Vacuum Limited for repair or replacement shall be received prepaid. Items arriving without a Goods Return Authorization number will be refused.

To facilitate processing, please provide the original date of purchase and either the original purchase order number or the original MDC Vacuum sales order number.

Products being returned for repair/replacement must be sent carriage-paid by the customer to our head office at 3 Horsted Square, Bellbrook Industrial Estate, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1QG, United Kingdom.

A product failing to give reasonable service for a period of time, as determined by MDC Vacuum Limited, will be repaired or replaced by MDC Vacuum Limited at its election.
