Prices

All prices quoted in the catalogue exclude VAT. Whilst every effort is made to maintain them as fixed, prices are for guidance only and subject to change without notice at any time.

Payment

Our Terms are cash with order unless a credit account has been established. To open an account please contact our accounts department with your trading details. Once established, account customers are offered a credit limit and strictly 30 days of credit from the date of invoice. Cheques should be made payable to Caburn-MDC Europe Limited. Customers wishing to pay by bank transfer should refer to our account details which appear on the invoice.

A 25% re-stocking charge will apply in the event of an item being incorrectly ordered.

All orders are accepted subject to our full Terms and Conditions of Trade, a copy of which appears on the back of our invoices.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to ship within three (3) days of receipt of an order. In the event of back-order, a firm delivery date will be established and advised.

Caburn-MDC Europe operates a full batch traceability system which ensures that any item can be related to its raw materials.

Warranty

All products sold by Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment by Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd to the buyer. Liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective products at the option of Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd. Products suspected of being defective should not be returned until an official return authorisation number has been issued by our service department.

To facilitate processing, please provide the original date of purchase and either the original purchase order number or the original Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd sales order number.

Return Policy

In the event that a product is to be returned to Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd, a Goods Return Authorization (GRA) number must be obtained from the Caburn-MDC Europe customer service department prior to shipment of the product. Call your sales office to request a GRA number.

Products returned to Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd for repair or replacement shall be received prepaid. Items arriving without a Goods Return Authorization number will be refused.

To facilitate processing, please provide the original date of purchase and either the original purchase order number or the original Caburn-MDC Europe sales order number.

Products being returned for repair/replacement must be sent carriage-paid by the customer to our head office in St. Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, UK.

A product failing to give reasonable service for a period of time, as determined by Caburn-MDC Europe Ltd, will be repaired or replaced by Caburn-MDC Europe at its election.
